Setting up 2FA (2 Factor authentication)


What is this? Two-step login adds extra security. After entering your password, you'll also enter a short code to prove it's really you.


Before You Start

You will need:

  • Your computer or tablet
  • Your smartphone (to download an app)
  • Access to your email


  1. Go to the Televeda Website

Open your internet browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge) and go to: live.televeda.com.


If you see a "Session Timeout" message, don't worry! This just means the page has been sitting idle. You have 15 minutes to complete each step before it times out. Simply start again from Step 1 if this happens.

  1. Sign In: verify your account by entering the code you received on email.

  1. Click on Send Code to star the two factor authentication process.



You will receive an email, click on the link in the same browser.




  1. Once you click on the link you will be redirected to this page:



  1. On your phone, download the Google Authenticator App.

  1. On the Google Authenticator App, scan the QR code.


Scan QR Code

  1. On the Google Authenticator App, you will see a code for Televeda, enter that code here.

Enter 2FA Code

Verify and proceed to navigate to Televeda.


The next time you log in, simply enter your email verification code and your Google Authenticator code. You won't need to scan the QR code again.
