2FA for Managers and Instructors

Setting up 2FA (2 Factor authentication)


What is this? Logging in now requires two separate codes to keep your account secure — one sent to your email, and one from an authenticator app on your phone (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo).


Who is this for? This applies to anyone who accesses the Televeda Admin Dashboard — including all Instructors and Community Managers. If you are a participant or end user joining a class, this does not apply to you.


Before You Start

You will need:

  • Your computer or tablet
  • Your smartphone (to download an app)
  • Access to your email


  1. Go to the Televeda Website

Open your internet browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Edge) and go to: live.televeda.com.


Seeing the "You have been logged out due to inactivity" message? This is normal! For your security, the page will automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. If this happens, simply go back to live.televeda.com and start again. This is not a bug — it's a safety feature.






  1. Sign In: verify your account by entering the code you received on email.

  1. Click on Send Code to start the authentication process.



You will receive an email, click on the link in the same browser.



  1. Once you click on the link you will be redirected to this page:



  1. On your phone, download an authenticator app. We recommend Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo — any of these will work. The steps below use Google Authenticator as an example.

  1. On your Authenticator App, scan the QR code.

  1. On your Authenticator App, you will see a code for Televeda, enter that code here.

Verify and proceed to navigate to Televeda.


The next time you log in, simply enter your email verification code and your Authenticator code. You won't need to scan the QR code again.
