Access Levels: Members, Instructors and Community Managers
Member: This individual will participate in classes from the front end (lobby).
Instructor: This individual will have the privilege to host a class using the host portal, limited to the communities they are part of.
Community Manager: This individual can access the backend (admin dashboard), create classes, establish sub-communities, and invite instructors to specific communities as required.
Imagine you're the community manager for three communities. You can choose to invite a community manager to only one of the communities, and they won't be able to view or edit the details of the other two communities.
The same principle applies to instructors. Remember that instructors do not use the admin dashboard; they are only able to host classes for communities to which they belong.
