How to Create Notifications on the Admin Dashboard
Notifications are created in the Admin Dashboard and appear for members on live.televeda.com under the bell icon (top right).

In the video below, you’ll see how they show up in the lobby as quick info messages. They can be used for simple reminders, like an internal community event, a prompt to join a class, or a nudge to complete something such as a survey.

In the section below, I’m showing how to create a notification in the Admin Dashboard. You can only create notifications for communities you manage (i.e., where you have Community Manager privileges). If you manage multiple communities, you can send a notification to all of them or just one. You can also choose to send it to everyone in the community or only selected members.
It’s also important to note: unlike emails, notifications don’t support trigger conditions—they’re send-only, and everyone you select receives it immediately.
- On the left navigation bar, go to Outreach → Notifications.
- Click on Create.

- Add a template name, title, subtitle, and description.
- Choose whether to send to All Communities using the toggle (Yes/No). If you only manage one community, you can skip this.
- Click Save, then choose all members or specific members.
- Confirm to send. Once confirmed, the notification is sent immediately.
