Setting up a Community: Inviting Community Managers and Instructors

Add a community invite code, and Invite other community managers and/or instructors to your community



Invite codes



Generate an invite code for your community and share it with prospective members. When someone signs up using your invite code, they will automatically be added to your community. If they register without an invite code, they'll be placed in the 'Trial Users' community by default. Should you need assistance moving members to the correct community, the Televeda support team is available to help. Additionally, you can enable a setting that allows trial members to transfer to your community via a pop-up on the lobby page.

Inviting community managers and instructors to your community



Imagine you're the community manager for three communities. You can invite a community manager to only one of the communities, and they won't be able to view or edit the details of the other two communities.

The same principle applies to instructors. Remember that instructors do not use the admin dashboard; they are only able to host classes for communities to which they belong.

To invite someone as a community manager, you first need to make sure that they are also a member of that community.
