Survey Submissions

Televeda offers a HIPAA-compliant built-in survey feature.

You can create surveys in various formats, including emails, onboarding pop-ups for first-time visitors to your community, or shareable links for easy distribution.

This feature is available by request to select members. To ensure data security, we require you to sign confidentiality and security agreements, as the surveys may collect sensitive personal information. Additionally, you will only have access to submissions from members within your own community.

Go to live.televeda.com/admin.
Go to Outreach -> Surveys. Please note that this will only be visible if you've been given survey access.



If you click on it the first time, you will have to set up 2FA (2 factor authentication). Click on send code, and make sure to open your email on the same device.

The page will update once the code has been sent. Resend the Link if needed.




Click on the Verification Link.
Once you click on the Link, you will be redirected to this page.


On your cellphone/mobile device download Google Authenticator from Playstore or App Store and open it.


In the Google Authenticator on your mobile phone, click on the + icon and scan the QR code shown on your laptop (step 4)

After scanning the code you will get a code on your Google Authenticator.
8. Add the code from your Google Authenticator app (mobile phone) on the televeda page (laptop).


After you click on verify, the surveys tab, with the surveys managed by your community will be visible under the surveys tab.


If you click on View Submissions, you will see all the entries for a survey.
