How to Login to Join a Class



Register Yourself


New Users: If you do not have an existing account with Televeda, please create an account by following the steps in this article: How to Sign-up

Login


Existing Users You only need to register once on the platform. But you may need to login again if you haven’t been active for a while or are joining from a new browser or device.

Logging in using your Email Address:



Go to live.televeda.com

Type your email in the field and press Continue





Verify your account by entering the one-time verification code that was sent to your email:





Logging in using your Phone Number:



This option is only available if you provided your mobile number during the account creation process. However, you can always go back and add a mobile number to your account.

Go to live.televeda.com

Please click on the link: I would like to log in with my mobile phone number



Enter your mobile number



Verify your account by entering the one-time verification code that was sent to your mobile phone:




Note: If you did not receive the SMS, click Resend Code link and you will receive another verification message.

Logging in using Landline Support:



• If you are not receiving the verification code through email or mobile phone, you have the option to contact Televeda support. They can assist you in generating a code and reading it to you over the phone.
• Please dial the Televeda support line at 1 (833) 299-1449 (toll-free). One of the support agents will be able to generate a unique verification code for you.
• After successfully completing the verification process, you will be directed to our lobby. In the lobby, you will have the opportunity to join live classes, access on-demand classes, and explore various other features and activities.

Troubleshooting



• We suggest requesting the code on your mobile device so that you don't lose the verification page. If you are using your computer, please make sure to open up a new tab to get to your email, so you don't lose the verification page.
• Please note that the code cannot be sent to landlines, only to mobile devices.
• If you don’t see the email with the verification code in your inbox please also check your spam or junk folder.
• Please note that the verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. If your time expires you can simply request a new code.
