Setting up a Community: Inviting Community Managers and Instructors

Adding Members to Your Community Using Bulk Import
How to use our bulk import feature for importing members from ACTIVEnet or any CSV file. If you're using a raw ACTIVEnet export, you don't have to make any changes to the file. You can simply bulk upload the entire export as is. If you're creating your own CSV file to bulk upload, please make sure that your column headings are exactly the same as in the example.
