How to Play Televeda Bingo as an Individual or as a Venue

This article will explain how to play bingo on the Televeda Application. You can either play as an individual or you can play in a group.

How to Join and Publish Your Camera and Microphone

Go to our lobby at live.televeda.com. Once the game starts it will be listed under Live Now. Click on the purple Join Game Button. This button will only be enabled at the official time when the game starts.

By default, the game will start with everyone's cameras and microphones off. If the host publishes you, you will get a pop-up asking for permission. Please click allow if you would like the other players to hear and see you. Sometimes the host will prefer to play with participants unpublished.

You can change your selected microphone and camera by clicking on **Settings **.

After the host publishes you, you will be able to switch on and off your camera and microphone by clicking on these two buttons.

How to Join a Live Televeda Class

Visit our virtual lobby at live.televeda.com.
Once a class starts it will be listed under **"Live Now." **
Click on the purple "Join Class" button.
You will now be directed to the class.
Initially your browser will ask for Permission to allow Camera and Microphone access. Please select Allow.

Another option as well is to click the Video Icon at the top right area of your Browser. Please select "Always allow https://live.televeda.com to access your camera and microphone."

Once you pass the connectivity test you should be good to join the class.

This is what you'll see when you join the class:

On the bottom panel

Click on the yellow HELP button on the left bottom corner for live chat support
Click on the camera icon to turn your camera on and off
Click on the microphone to mute and unmute yourself. Please be mindful of other participants and mute yourself if you're in a noisy area.

This article will explain how to create a free Televeda account.

Go to live.televeda.com, and enter your email address.

If you already have an account, you will be asked to verify your account with an OTP. You will be taken directly to step 3. If you do not have an account, you will be directed to the registration page. Please fill in the required fields and Continue.

When joining a class for the first time you will see a pop-up message asking to allow camera and microphone access. Please click allow.

If you accidentally clicked 'Block' you will need to enable your browser's permission settings to allow your device's camera and microphone access for a particular website like live.televeda.com. You may refer to the following steps depending on what browser you are using.

Open **Chrome **
At the top right, click ** Settings** (3 dots at the top right area)

Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.

Click Camera or Microphone.

Confirm that live.televeda.com is listed under sites "Allowed to use your camera"
