How to Login to Join a Class



Register Yourself


New Users: If you do not have an existing account with Televeda, please go to our sign-up page: live.televeda.com/signup.

Login



Note: You only need to register once on the platform. But you may need to login again if you haven’t been active for a while or are joining a new browser or device.

Please visit our lobby at live.televeda.com to join a class. If you're logged out you will be taken to this page. Please log in using your Mobile phone or email.



Logging in using your Phone Number:



Click on Login With Your Mobile Phone

Type in your phone number in the phone number field

Click the Submit Button. You will receive an SMS from Televeda with your verification code

Type in your verification code in the field

Click the Submit Button

You will be directed to the Lobby Page where you can join classes, or you can click on "Upcoming Classes" to see the list of the upcoming classes

Note: If you did not receive the SMS, click "Did not get the code?" link and you will receive another verification message.

Logging in using your Email Address:



Click the Login With Email Button

Type in your Email Address in the email address field

Click the Submit Button. You will receive an EMAIL from Televeda with your verification code

Type in your verification code in the field

Click the Submit Button

You will be directed to the Lobby Page where you can join classes, or you can click on "Upcoming Classes" to see the list of the upcoming classes

Note: If you did not receive the EMAIL, check first in your SPAM folder and if it’s not there then click the "Did not get the code?" link.

Troubleshooting



We suggest requesting the code on your mobile device so that you don't lose the verification page. If you are using your computer, please make sure to open up a new tab to get to your email, so you don't lose the verification page.

Please note that the code cannot be sent to landlines, only to mobile devices.

If you don’t see the email with the verification code in your inbox please also check your spam or junk folder.

Please note that the verification code is only valid for 10 minutes. If your time expires you can simply request a new code.
