How to Set a reminder for an upcoming Event

This article will explain how to add a class to your calendar, and how to get an email or text reminder for a class.



Note: You do not need to set a reminder to join an event. All registered community members can join a class without setting a reminder. This guide will help you set up reminders via your calendar, email, call or text.

Find a Class

Here you can find the link to the updated Class Schedule page.

Click on the RSVP Button



This pop-up will appear with the different options:



You will receive an email reminder for the event.

Add a Calendar Reminder

Click on your calendar of preference, a new tab will open where you can add the class details to your calendar.

Add a Text Reminder

Tick the box next to Text Reminder. You will be prompted to add your number the first time.



If you click on the text reminder box, you will have the option to update your number.

How to See all My Upcoming Classes

If you RSVPd for an event it will be listed under My Schedule:

How to Cancel a Reminder

Go to My Schedule and click on the Cancel button, for the event you wish to cancel.
