Others can't see or hear me during the class.

Not a problem, happens to the best of us!


  • We need to make sure that your **camera and microphone are turned on **and your computer and browser are able to access the camera so others can see and hear you.



  • Alternatively: Please check if your camera and microphone are currently being used on other apps. (Example: Zoom, Skype). If so, close any other application that might be using the camera, then reload the class.


  • Restart your computer or the browser you are using to join the class.
