How to Moderate Participants in a Live Class




This guide will explain how to moderate participants as a host




Moderator Panel



The moderator panel is located on the left side of the hosting page.



Here you have the option to:


Remove a participant from the class.
Mute a specific participant.
Turn off a participant's camera.
Mute all participants.
Disable video for all participants.



How to Boot Out 'n Disruptive Participant


A booted-out participant will be notified that they were removed from the class. Please note that they will be able to join the class again.




Master Mute Audio and Camera



As the host, you have the option to master mute a participant's camera or audio . If you do this, they won't be able to unmute themselves again.

Master Audio Mute - The participant will not be able to turn on their audio again
Normal Audio Mute - You can mute the audio for a participant, but they will be able to unmute themselves again
Master Camera Mute - The participant will not be able to turn on their camera again
Normal Camera Mute - You can switch off the camera for a participant, but they will be able to turn it back on again





Moderating the Chat



As the host of the class, you are the only one who can delete messages for everyone.



Suspending Participants from Televeda



Please contact our support team if you would like to report a participant for suspension.
Users who violate community guidelines will be permanently suspended from Televeda.
