Scheduled Tech Check Guide for Host/Instructor




Checklist of the materials needed to run classes:



Laptop or any other device that can connect to an ethernet connection.
Ethernet cord. Connect the ethernet cord to your router and connect it to your laptop.
Camera. We recommend using an external webcam.
Microphone. We recommend using an external microphone or use the built-in mic of the external camera (if applicable).
Backdrop. Find a place with a plain wall or add a green cloth to your background to use a green screen.
Lighting. Natural white light in the room or recommend to use a Softbox Light.

How to access your Scheduled Classes


Note: Join in the Google Meet Invite scheduled by the Televeda Representative and click Present Now to share your screen

Open your Chrome Browser (We highly recommend using Chrome but other browsers can be used as well)

Type this in the URL field - https://live.televeda.com/host

Input the Username & Password as a Host (will be provided during the Tech Check)

Select the Private Test Class from the drop-down list under Scheduled Classes

Select the** Layout** based on your event (2-Way Interactive or 1-Way Broadcast)

Click GO

A pop-up window "Do you want to start hosting right now" will appear

Click OK to start the class
Click Cancel to close the pop-up window


A pop-up window "Allow live.televeda.com to use your camera and microphone?" will appear (for first time host)

Click Allow
