How to Add an On-Demand Class as a Televeda Instructor

This article provides a step-by-step guide for Televeda instructors to create and publish On-Demand classes, from accessing the admin dashboard to uploading a recording or video link, setting visibility, and reviewing the final listing.

1. Navigate to the admin dashboard.
2. Click on Schedule -> On Demand.
3. Click on Create.

4. Optional: Select a template.
5. Add a title for your class.
6. Assign the class to a community.
7. Choose a category from the dropdown list.

8. Add a short class summary.
9. Add a full class description.

10. Select a recorded class, or add a link to a YouTube video (note that unrecorded classes won’t appear in the dropdown list).
11. Set the visibility: choose "Entire Network" if you want everyone to see it, or "My Network" for just your community.
12. Optional: Create a template to save your class description and other details for future use.
13. Click Save.

14. Navigate to the On‑Demand page and review the class: verify the description, title, and confirm the recording plays correctly without corruption.
