How to Cancel a Class as an Instructor
Please cancel a class in advance to prevent a poor user experience.
live.televeda.com/admin and click on Live Events.
Select the class on the schedule.
Click on Cancel.
Click on OK.
Once the class is successfully cancelled it will be greyed out.
This is what the class looks like in the lobby once it's been cancelled:
Please note: you can only cancel a class on the day it’s scheduled via the instructor page. To cancel any other day’s class, use the Admin Dashboard.
Go to the Instructor Page: live.televeda.com/host.
Click on the dropdown to select a class.
Once the class has been selected the Cancel Class button will become visible.
Click on Cancel Class.
Click on Ok to confirm the cancelation.
